Common Questions

How do I add a document?

Tap the + button on the home screen. Choose a category, enter the details, and set an expiry date to receive reminders.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Expirify in your device Settings. You can also check your reminder preferences inside the app under Settings → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@expirify.app with your request and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

My data isn't syncing across devices

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices and have an active internet connection. Try signing out and back in if the issue persists.
